I had a problem with my order and it never really felt like it got properly fixed. I spent way too much time waiting in the queue just to speak to someone, and then I still had to keep chasing for updates. The whole process was slow and frustrating, and even now it doesn’t feel fully sorted

I reached out to offroadwarehouse.com about suspension parts for my Jeep, and to be fair, they actually gave me some solid tech advice. The guy clearly knew what would fit and what wouldn’t, which was a huge relief because I was fully prepared to accidentally order the wrong thing and ruin my entire week.
The downside was the replies were slow, and I had to ask twice before I got a clear answer. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but in the moment it felt like I was decoding ancient scrolls just to figure out my suspension setup. Decent help overall, just not the smoothest experience...

I reached out with a question and they did get back to me, though it took a couple of days. I was hoping for faster updates, but they did answer what I needed and were polite about it, so it wasn't a bad experience.

As someone who usually prides myself on finding a good deal, I was a little mixed on this one. Some of the parts seemed priced fairly, but a few others I ended up finding cheaper after doing more digging. Once shipping was added, the total didn’t feel like as much of a bargain. I’d probably check it again if I needed something fast or caught a sale, but I wouldn’t assume everything is automatically the best price.

It took a few emails back and forth, but I did get my replacement in the end, so I’d say it was fair. Not the fastest process, but it worked out, and I’m satisfied.

I was really looking forward to my order because everything looked great when I placed it. That said, it still hasn’t shipped yet, and the wait has been frustrating. I’m hoping it gets sent out soon, because I’m still excited to receive it...

I ordered this thinking it would fit my Tacoma because the site said it would, and I was in a good mood when it showed up. That changed fast once I realized the brackets were way off. I ended up having to return it, which was a frustrating hassle.

I was poking around for some Jeep parts and ended up on offroadwarehouse.com. They’ve got a decent spread of stuff, like suspension parts, lights, recovery gear, tires, that kind of thing. It’s not hard to figure out where things are, which is nice, and I saw a mix of brands I already trust plus a few others I’d maybe try.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple things I wanted were either out of stock or didn’t have the size I needed. Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying when you’re trying to get everything together. Overall though, the selection is solid and I’d probably check there again before ordering somewhere else.

I went in asking about a replacement battery, but the staff couldn’t really answer even the basic questions I had. One person told me one thing, then someone else said something different, so I ended up more confused than when I walked in. Compared to other places I’ve been, I expected a little more guidance before spending money. I left unsure what to buy, so it wasn’t a great experience for me.

I had some work done here and overall the install turned out fine. I don’t know why, but a couple spots just looked a little rushed to me, and I ended up having to ask them to fix one small thing. They did take care of it without any hassle, which I appreciated, but I guess I was just expecting it to be a bit cleaner the first time around.

My order from offroadwarehouse.com got here looking rough. One side of the box was crushed in and a few parts were loose inside, so I had to stop and check everything over before even thinking about installing it.
I’m not sure if it was packed poorly or just got tossed around during shipping, but it defintely didn’t feel like it was handled with much care. For what I paid, I really expected it to show up in better shape. Annoying.

I’ve ordered from here before and it used to be a lot better, so this was disappointing. My order showed up with the wrong parts, and there wasn’t any heads up or explanation. Just not the experience I was expecting.

I was going to place the order and then saw the shipping cost and... yeah, it was way more than I expected. Kind of ruined it for me, honestly. I don’t think I’d order again unless that changes.

I stopped in to look at some parts for my truck, i wasn’t expecting royal treatment or anything, I know places get busy. The staff was friendly once someone got to me, and they did seem like they knew their stuff. I just had to stand around longer than I would’ve liked before anyone helped me out. Prices were fine, not terrible, not exactly a steal either. In the end I got what I came for, so I can’t complain too much, but the whole visit could’ve been a little smoother.

The exchange did go through without any issues, but it took a little longer than I expected, actually, longer than I would’ve liked. Everything worked out in the end, just wish the return process had been quicker.
